Key Responsibilities

  • Provide person-centered care and support to clients with complex needs, including those with undiagnosed genetic disorders and cerebral palsy.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, medication management, and meal preparation.
  • Support clients with their goals and aspirations, promoting independence and community engagement.
  • Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Minimum 12 months of UK-based care experience.
  • Full UK manual driving license.
  • Tracheostomy care and suctioning experience (cuffed tracheostomy).
  • Tracheostomy tube change experience.
  • Ventilation via tracheostomy experience.
  • Care and use of Dual Port Gastro Jej experience.
  • Change of Gastrostomy Buttons (emergency) experience.
