Position Summary:

We are in search of an experienced Multi-Trade Technician who is proficient in a variety of trades. The ideal candidate will be capable of performing diverse tasks efficiently and effectively.

This is a permanent position best suited for individuals who are accustomed to mobile work and reside in the South London area.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute repair and renovation tasks with precision.
  • Notify the Supervisor promptly when additional trades are required.
  • Independently manage specific assignments.
  • Collaborate with team members to accomplish joint projects.
  • Document daily work activities, including details of completed tasks and materials utilized.
  • Work diligently to adhere to project timelines.

Essential Qualifications:
  • Valid UK driving license.
  • NVQ Level 2/3 in Carpentry (or equivalent qualifications).
  • Proficient in multiple trades, including carpentry.
  • Prior experience in social housing maintenance.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • High standard of workmanship.
