Vector Recruitment Solutions Ltd is representing a reputable electrical contracting firm, well-established in the industry and serving clients across London and the South East.

This company specializes in diverse sectors such as residential, commercial maintenance, fire alarm systems, emergency lighting, social housing, local authority projects, educational institutions, and electric vehicle charging installations.

They are currently in search of qualified Electrical Engineers to support their Domestic EICR and remedial projects throughout London and nearby regions.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting EICR evaluations on residential properties and related communal areas.
  • Performing necessary remedial tasks, including the replacement of consumer units, lighting fixtures, and various electrical accessories.
  • Enhancing communal areas with upgraded lighting and electrical systems.
  • Carrying out full and partial rewiring following unsatisfactory EICR results.
  • Troubleshooting and diagnosing issues within electrical installations.

Candidate Requirements:
  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification.
  • City and Guilds 18th Edition Wiring Regulations or a comparable certification.
  • City and Guilds 2391 or equivalent is preferred but not essential (competence will be evaluated).
  • Experience in social housing or domestic testing is beneficial.
  • A valid driving license is required.
  • Successful candidates will be subject to an enhanced DBS check upon appointment.
