Job Summary:

Accolade Security is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Officer to join our team. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for providing a visible uniformed deterrent to contribute to the safety and security of our clients' premises and staff.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide a visible uniformed presence to deter potential security threats and maintain a safe and secure environment.
  • Observe and report incidents using the correct reporting systems and procedures.
  • Carry out all duties assigned by the client or manager, including site knowledge and development updates.
  • Understand and implement Fire and Safety evacuation procedures.
  • Assist with staff and customer searches, as required by the client.
  • Maintain the Security base in a clean and tidy condition.
  • Conduct yourself in a manner that brings credit to yourself and the Company, adhering to full uniform and SIA license requirements.

Requirements:

  • Hold a valid SIA (Door Supervisor) License.
  • Have at least 2 years of experience working in a Security role.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Hold a Right to work permit.
  • Have a 5-year checkable work history.
