About the Role

365 People is seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Oldbury. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for recruiting and placing candidates in various roles within the Industrial and Transport industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source candidates for opportunities in the Industrial and Transport industry using a step-by-step process.
  • Understand and utilize in-house systems, databases, job boards, and social networks to find suitable candidates.
  • Screen and interview potential candidates over the phone and face-to-face to ensure they meet the required standards.
  • Write job descriptions and advertisements to attract top talent.
  • Generate leads from interactions with candidates and clients.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly activity and financial targets.
  • Check in with clients daily to ensure their requirements are met.

  • Verify candidates' documentation, including right to work documents, qualifications, and references.
  • Monitor responses and applications received.
  • Work closely with clients and prospects to understand their needs for relevant roles.

  • Ensure compliance with employment legislations.
Requirements
  • Exceptional sales skills, both on the phone and in person.
  • Minimum 6 months of recruitment experience.
  • Proven record of successful business development.
  • Target-driven and results-oriented.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Good administrative skills.
  • Full UK driving license.
Benefits
  • Competitive salary range of £24,000 to £28,000 depending on experience.
