Job Description

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Financial Advisor to join our team. As a Trainee Financial Advisor, you will be responsible for providing expert financial advice and planning services to our clients, helping them to understand their financial situations and develop personalized financial plans aligned to their individual goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide bespoke financial advice and planning services to clients
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Conduct thorough financial assessments and create personalized financial plans
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives

Qualifications and Experience

  • Proven experience as a Financial Advisor or related roles
  • Strong knowledge of financial products, investment strategies, and financial planning
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze complex financial information and provide accurate recommendations
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools
  • Certification - Level 4 Diploma (CII, LIBF, CISI etc) is preferred or part-qualified
