About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Contract Coordinator to join our team at Sunbelt Rentals Careers. As a key member of our operations team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.

As a Contract Coordinator, you'll be responsible for managing all aspects of contract administration, from initial enquiry to final recovery. You'll work closely with our project engineers to ensure seamless delivery of our customer promise - to delight every customer, every time.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and support
  • Managing contract administration, including data entry and record-keeping
  • Collaborating with project engineers to ensure smooth delivery of contracts
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices
