**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Estate Agent to take on the role of Assistant Branch Manager at our Haywards Heath office. As a key member of our residential sales team, you will be responsible for helping the Branch Manager to drive business growth, optimize office operations, and deliver exceptional customer service.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Assist the Branch Manager in leading the team to achieve sales targets and exceed performance standards
* Develop and implement strategies to increase market share and improve customer satisfaction
* Collaborate with the Area Manager to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
* Provide training and support to new recruits and existing team members
