We are actively seeking multiple Lead Electronics Engineers who will guide a dedicated team in delivering electronic platforms for new product initiatives within the Vacuum Technique division, while also overseeing the maintenance of current designs.

Ideal candidates will possess a robust foundation in electronics coupled with experience in product development.

Essential Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics or a related field

Key Responsibilities:

Research and Development:

  • Investigate innovative research areas within the team or explore alternative opportunities within the Vacuum Technique sector.

Process Alignment:

  • Ensure adherence to established development protocols by implementing best practices.

Technical Leadership:

  • Assume a leadership role in resolving technical challenges swiftly, employing effective problem-solving strategies to identify underlying issues.

Design Proficiency:

  • Utilize extensive design expertise, including the preparation of 8D reports when necessary.

Electronics Knowledge:
