About the Role

We are seeking an ambitious individual to join our team as a Management Apprentice. As a key member of our branch, you will play a vital role in delivering sales and profit towards the success of the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Visit customers' homes or building sites to gather inspiration and design ideas
  • Draw up inspirational designs on CAD and present them to customers
  • Offer competitive quotes and use negotiation skills to maximise sales
  • Manage and seek out own sales leads
  • Assist with all aspects of the branch, including health and safety and colleague management

Requirements
  • No previous industry knowledge is required
  • Customer-focused and passionate about sales and design
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn CAD software
