About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Account Coordinator to join our award-winning onsite team in Liverpool. As an Account Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing our temporary workforce to meet client requirements and deliver exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate temporary workers to fulfill client needs.
  • Create and maintain a pool of candidates suitable for client requirements.
  • Recruit, select, and onboard workers.
  • Contribute to a candidate-focused culture, ensuring a 'right fit' and maintaining good communication.
  • Manage administration processes, including absences and holiday requests.
  • Accurately input and verify data for weekly payroll.
  • Provide a 24/7 on-call service to meet client requirements, with a fair rota system in place.
  • Develop successful and mutually beneficial relationships with operational management.
  • Deputize for the Account Manager as needed.

About You

  • Previous recruitment, customer service, administration, or planning experience.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral, and relationship-building skills.
  • Drive to succeed in a fast-paced working environment.
  • A driving license and access to a car.
  • Good IT skills.
