We are seeking a skilled Assembly Technician to join our team at Recruitment Solutions (West Midlands) Ltd in the manufacturing sector. The role involves assembling components using hand and power tools, requiring mechanical knowledge and a keen eye for detail.

  • Assemble parts or components according to work instructions and quality standards.
  • Utilize hand tools and power tools to complete assembly tasks efficiently.
  • Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace within the warehouse environment.
  • Follow health and safety guidelines and protocols at all times.

Key Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in assembly work is highly advantageous.
  • Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools is essential.
  • Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting assembly issues is required.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality standards is crucial.

Working Hours:

  • Available shifts: Monday to Friday, 8pm to 5pm, 7.30am to 3.30pm, or 3.30pm to 11.30pm.
