We are currently seeking to hire a Yard Supervisor, who is proactive, possesses strong leadership qualities, and is eager to develop their people management skills in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Yard Supervisor, you will be responsible for upholding our Zero Harm policy and ensuring that your team members adhere to these safety principles.
To excel in this position, you should be proficient in IT, have a solid understanding of the construction industry, and be familiar with the products and services offered by SIG. A valid driving licence is also a prerequisite for this role.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Experience in manual handling and a keen eye for detail
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Strong knowledge of safe working practices
- A Forklift Licence (desirable)
