Crime Solicitor Opportunity

This well-established law firm, with a strong presence in West and South Yorkshire, is seeking a skilled crime solicitor to join their team. As a crime solicitor, you will be responsible for handling a demanding caseload of criminal matters, while providing exceptional client care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients detained at police stations
• Attend to clients in the Magistrates Court
• Draft instructions to counsel and expert witnesses
• Manage a wide variety of Crown Court cases

Requirements:

• At least 1 year's experience in crime matters
• Duty accreditation is not essential, but the firm is willing to train a suitable candidate
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to meet tight deadlines while maintaining high levels of accuracy
• Strives for high standards in their work
• Has a great attention to detail and demonstrates a strong work ethic
