Morson Talent is seeking a skilled Quality Technician to join our client's team in Portsmouth. As a Quality Technician, you will play a crucial role in developing and deploying quality processes to enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure adherence to established quality processes and procedures.
- Identify and analyze product failures to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Conduct independent bench testing and provide detailed reports to the operations team and engineering.
- Maintain equipment calibration and ensure adherence to planned preventive maintenance schedules.
- Ensure a clean and organized work environment in accordance with 5S guidelines.
- Perform quality control checks to meet contractually agreed service levels.
- Experience in a medium to high volume electronics manufacturing or process environment.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team to achieve regular product output.
- Knowledge of industry-standard approaches to product and process verification.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Open-minded and willing to consider alternative solutions.
- Strong communication skills with employees and operations teams.
