The Food Commercial - Macro Space Co-ordinator plays a crucial role in driving the largest transformation initiative within the organization. This position allows you to significantly influence the "Win in Food" strategy while collaborating with various stakeholders across the company. Your expertise in space analysis will be instrumental in enhancing commercial outcomes and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
In this essential role, you will:
- Support the Macro Space programme by ensuring the effective execution of the corporate strategy.
- Utilize your analytical skills to contribute to significant projects affecting Food space, including the Supermarket Space Optimization Programme.
- Work closely with trading teams in Fresh and Grocery to optimize space allocations, driving sales and profit growth.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to develop innovative tools and models for space management.
- Continuously assess store and category performance to identify opportunities for improved space utilization.
- Communicate insights from space analysis effectively to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
