We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Concierge / Front of House Security Officer to join our team at an office building in the W1G area of London.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients and visitors, ensuring the security and safety of the building and its occupants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Manage the signing in and out of visitors, issuing passes as required.
  • Conduct regular patrols of the building, monitoring CCTV and recording any incidents.
  • Ensure the health and safety requirements of the building are maintained, including fire procedures.
  • Report any emergency repairs or issues to the site supervisor.
  • Assist with access and monitoring of contractors.
  • Complete concierge checklists and provide feedback.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Professional approach with a balanced sense of judgment and attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential.
  • A valid SIA Door Supervisor license or be in the process of applying for one.
  • A full five-year checkable employment history.
