About the Role
We're looking for a skilled and motivated Shift Leader to join our team at Tesco. As a Shift Leader, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store, providing excellent customer service, and supporting your colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate duty shifts, ensuring a clean and well-stocked store that meets customer expectations
- Provide exceptional customer service, listening to customers and helping to resolve any issues
- Coach and develop your colleagues, providing feedback and guidance to improve service and performance
- Maintain a high level of knowledge about store operations and assist managers in implementing improvements
- Lead by example, setting a high standard for yourself and your team
What We Offer
As a Shift Leader at Tesco, you'll enjoy a competitive rate of pay, starting from £14.28 an hour, with opportunities for increases based on location and skills. You'll also receive a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours per week, with flexibility to work fewer hours if needed.
