Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality customer service, being available, supportive, and dependable throughout the customer journey.
  • Manage exchanges and completions of property sales within specific timeframes, ensuring a smooth process.
  • Communicate regularly with buyers, vendors, solicitors, and mortgage advisors to ensure everyone is on the same page.
  • Work towards individual and team goals, supporting the sales team as required to achieve company targets.
Requirements
  • Juggle multiple tasks and keep all projects moving forward simultaneously.
  • Have the drive and determination to ensure every job is completed to a high standard.
  • Have previous experience in estate agency, working with clients, or managing administration.
