We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Wildlife Fundraiser in Beverley. As a key member of our fundraising team, you will play a vital role in engaging with the public, promoting our conservation efforts, and inspiring individuals to become lifelong members of our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Travel to various venues to set up and manage fundraising stands, engaging with the public and promoting our conservation efforts.
- Develop and maintain relationships with local communities, businesses, and stakeholders to promote our organization and its mission.
- Work collaboratively with our team to achieve fundraising targets and support the development of new fundraising initiatives.
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries from the public, members, and stakeholders.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in fundraising, conservation, and customer service.
- A passion for conservation and a desire to make a positive impact on the environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse audiences.
- A driver's license valid for use in the UK and a willingness to travel to various locations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours and weekends.
- Basic knowledge of conservation and wildlife, with a willingness to learn and develop your skills.
