About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Cycle Centre team as a Cycle Centre Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Cycle Centre, providing excellent customer service to our guests, and contributing to the overall success of our business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the preparation and maintenance of cycles and equipment for hire
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Work collaboratively with the Cycle Centre team to achieve sales targets and provide a high-quality service to our guests
  • Contribute to the upkeep of the Cycle Centre shop, including restocking and merchandising
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge

About You

We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service, has a strong work ethic, and is able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be physically capable of carrying out the demands of the role and have good communication skills. Previous experience in a customer-facing role or retail environment is desirable, but not essential.

Working Hours

You will be contracted to work 150 hours per 4-week period on a flexible basis. This means that your days and hours of work could vary each week, but you will always receive your contracted hours each period. Your working hours may include some evenings, weekends, public/bank holidays, and during Christmas and/or New Year on a rota basis, with a premium rate of pay for hours worked on a Sunday.
