Key Responsibilities:- Manage and deliver a variety of planning applications and appeals, ensuring timely and effective outcomes.
- Advise clients on planning strategies and provide expert guidance throughout the development process, leveraging knowledge of UK planning legislation and regulations.
- Lead project teams and liaise with stakeholders, local authorities, and consultants, fostering collaborative relationships and driving project success.
- Prepare detailed reports and planning statements, showcasing expertise and attention to detail.
- A relevant degree in Town Planning or a related field, complemented by Chartered membership of the Royal Town Planning Institute (MRTPI) or a strong commitment to achieving this status.
- Proven experience in planning, preferably within a consultancy or local authority environment, with a strong understanding of UK planning legislation and regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
