About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Highways team. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing large infrastructure projects from start to finish. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver projects that meet their expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate project risks.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
- Conduct site visits, meetings, and progress updates to ensure project success.
Requirements:
- Relevant degree in a related field (e.g., engineering, construction management).
- Chartered status or equivalent experience.
- Proven track record of managing large infrastructure projects.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements.
