Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled and organized Account and Data Manager to manage client relationships, coordinate projects, and provide exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in client-facing roles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver exceptional service.
Project CoordinationCoordinate projects from initial brief to delivery, ensuring timely and budget-friendly completion.
Administrative SupportProvide administrative support to the sales team, including data entry, reporting, and other tasks as needed.
Communication and CollaborationCommunicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
Problem-Solving and AdaptabilityProactively identify and resolve issues, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
Requirements
- Client-Facing Experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in a client-facing role, with a strong understanding of client needs and preferences.
Project Management SkillsProven ability to coordinate projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and budget-friendly completion.
Administrative SkillsExcellent administrative skills, including data entry, reporting, and other tasks as needed.
Communication and CollaborationExcellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
Problem-Solving and AdaptabilityProven ability to identify and resolve issues, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
Technical SkillsProficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Language SkillsFluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
