Mobile Cleaner Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Mobile Cleaner to join our team at The Job People. As a Mobile Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of our properties in the Coventry and Rugby area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and maintain communal areas of flats and buildings, including hallways, stairs, landings, and reception areas.
  • Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene in all areas, using provided equipment.
  • Work independently as part of a team to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Operate a van equipped with cleaning equipment to ensure all areas are accessible.

Requirements:

  • Hold a manual driving license with no more than 6 points.
  • Previous cleaning experience is preferred, but not essential.
  • Be physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Be willing to work a 40-hour week, Monday to Thursday 7:30am-4pm and Friday 7:30am-1:30pm.
  • Be able to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues.
