Venesky Brown's client, a public sector organization, is seeking an Education, Health and Care Caseworker for a 3-month contract. This role will be based onsite.
Key Responsibilities:
Developing and implementing effective Education Health and Care Plans to support children and young people with their education and transition to adulthood.
Collaborating with lead professionals and agencies to progress individual cases and ensure timely completion of assessments.
Coordinating the collection of assessments required for SEND processes, including new requests for assessment and Annual Reviews, and producing high-quality EHCPs.
Liaising with various services, agencies, and providers to gather information and support families in making informed decisions.
Requirements:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Excellent organizational and time management skills
