About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Team Leader to join our team at ATA Recruitment. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers in maintaining a range of electrical and mechanical components.

Key Responsibilities
  • React to breakdowns and perform planned preventative maintenance
  • Electrical and mechanical fault finding, including PLC knowledge
  • Replace and repair electrical components, including sensors, e-stops, motors, and relays
  • Replace mechanical components, including belts, bearings, pneumatics, and hydraulics
  • Lead your team to success, mentor engineers, and manage downtime
  • Liaise with production and support asset care engineers
Requirements
  • Confident and a team player with the ability to fault find electrically and mechanically
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, including days and nights
  • Recognised level 3 (or above) engineer qualification, such as city and guilds, NVQ, BTEC, HND, or HNC
