Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Field Service Technician to join our client's team as a Coffee Machine Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for servicing and repairing coffee machines, as well as installing and configuring new equipment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Service and repair coffee machines to ensure optimal performance and efficiency
  • Install and configure new coffee machines to meet customer requirements
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent equipment downtime
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Field Service Technician or Coffee Machine Specialist
  • Electro fault finding experience and knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
