BeBee Professionals Cover Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Cover Supervisor to join our team at beBee Professionals in Bletchley, United Kingdom.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage classrooms in the absence of regular teachers, ensuring a smooth learning environment.
  • Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans and maintain student engagement.
  • Enforce school policies and maintain discipline in the classroom.
  • Provide constructive feedback to teaching staff on student progress.
  • Support students with their learning needs and provide additional guidance when required.
  • Ensure a safe and productive learning environment, adhering to school protocols.
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a school setting is preferred but not essential.
  • Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
  • Ability to adapt to diverse classroom environments.
  • Patience and a positive attitude towards supporting students.
  • Flexibility to work on short notice when required.
  • A valid DBS check or willingness to obtain one.
