Service Advisor Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Service Advisor to join our team at a prestigious motor garage in the Edenbridge area. As a Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide accurate and transparent information to customers regarding service and repair work required for their vehicles.
  • Advise customers on estimated costs and timescales for repairs and maintenance.
  • Sell additional products and services to customers as needed, ensuring their vehicles are properly maintained and running efficiently.
  • Update customer and vehicle records, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Document all warranty work in accordance with manufacturer policy.
  • Prepare and complete invoices, ensuring timely and accurate billing.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working as a Service Advisor in a motor garage or commercial environment (not essential).
  • Full driving license.
