Financial Clerk Job Description
**Job Summary:**
Every Step Recruitment is seeking a skilled Financial Clerk to support our client's accounting needs. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for processing invoices, reconciliations, and other financial transactions.
**Responsibilities:**
* Record and process invoices accurately and efficiently
* Perform monthly supplier statement reconciliations
* Process sales invoices and manage pre-payments and accruals
* Post cash for Purchase and Sales Ledger
* Handle inter-company invoicing and journal entries
* Assist with other ad-hoc financial duties
**Requirements:**
* At least 1 year of experience in Accounts Payable or a similar role
* Proven accuracy and attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills
