Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Paraplanning Team as a Paraplanning Team Assistant. This role will provide administrative support to our experienced professionals, ensuring the smooth operation of our financial planning services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation of annual review meetings, including data collection and document preparation
  • Support the creation of suitability letters by preparing necessary information for Paraplanners
  • Develop strong relationships with clients through effective communication and engagement
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain accurate documentation
  • Collaborate with the Administration team to achieve shared goals

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a Financial Advisory practice, preferably in an administrative or similar capacity
  • A genuine interest in financial planning and wealth management
  • Knowledge of UK Compliance regulations
