About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at SCOPE. As a Retail Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and volunteers to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of sales associates and volunteers to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and increase customer engagement
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance
  • Collaborate with the buying team to select and purchase merchandise that meets customer needs and drives sales
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
Requirements
  • Proven experience in retail management, with a strong track record of sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work
  • Knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance
