We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Procurement Support Administrator at Hafod.

This is a permanent, full-time position, requiring 36 hours of work each week, with a competitive salary of £26,704 annually. The role offers a flexible 9-day fortnight schedule, allowing for a day off every other week. Additional benefits are outlined below.

Embracing a hybrid working model, this position allows for remote work, while also necessitating attendance at various sites for collaborative efforts and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will deliver vital administrative assistance to Hafod's procurement division, ensuring the proficient management of purchase orders, supplier data, and contract oversight. Your responsibilities will include training internal personnel on procurement systems, enforcing adherence to policies, and supporting procurement operations in line with the new Procurement Act 2023. You will also cultivate relationships with stakeholders, maintain supplier databases, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts. Your tasks will involve addressing inquiries, monitoring contract performance, and ensuring that all procurement activities are thoroughly documented and compliant with company policies and regulations.

Required Qualifications

We seek a motivated individual with a positive mindset capable of fostering change within Hafod. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to manage P2P processes, provide training, and maintain stakeholder relationships. A meticulous attention to detail and a proactive approach to compliance with internal policies are crucial.
