Installation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Installation Specialist to join our team at Marshall Group. As an Installation Specialist, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining Thermoking and Frigoblock systems in our workshop facility and on customer sites.
Key Responsibilities- Installation and Maintenance: Carry out installations to the highest quality in accordance with Thermo King guidelines, ensuring all OEM type approvals and instructions are adhered to.
- Communication and Coordination: Ensure daily communication with the co-ordinator/s to keep them aware of all WIP that are in progress on site/s, and communicate any potential problems/concerns to Co-Ordinator/s and/or Engineering Manager.
- Quality Control: Be mindful of ISO9002 standards at all times and health and safety considerations, ensuring the quality of the build is kept to a high standard and reviewing any subsequent failures that may arise.
- Customer Support: Look into development requests from customers and evaluate if their requirements are possible or find alternative solutions with Engineering Manager.
- Inventory Management: Identify and evaluate what parts would be needed for jobs and ensure all necessary parts and ancillaries are arranged prior to commencing jobs.
- Education: Educated to GCSE level or equivalent with at least 3 grade C's or above.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years' experience in, and detailed knowledge of vehicle/self-powered fridge installation or similar area.
- Skills: Excellent spoken and written communication skills, ability to build relationships with colleagues at all levels, and IT literate (Microsoft Office).
- Driving License: Must hold a valid full UK driving license.
- Flexibility: Have flexibility to be able to work away from home on a regular basis.
