We are seeking an experienced Estates Manager to join our client's team in Ashford, Surrey. As an Estates Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of all facilities management services within a School Estate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the school is well maintained, safe, and secure for all users
  • Manage and maintain all facilities, including buildings, grounds, and equipment
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and budgets
  • Collaborate with staff and stakeholders to ensure effective facilities management

Requirements:
