**Location:** Southampton, Hampshire and Basingstoke area

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our team and work on a commercial portfolio of contracts in the Southampton area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial building maintenance and be able to work independently in a number of commercial contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform electrical maintenance and repairs on commercial buildings
  • Work on a variety of electrical systems, including lighting, power distribution, and control systems
  • Identify and report any electrical safety issues or defects
  • Collaborate with other maintenance teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients

Requirements:

  • Strong background in commercial building maintenance
  • Experience working on electrical systems, including lighting, power distribution, and control systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Valid electrical qualifications and certifications
