About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Theatre Practitioner to join our team at Nuffield Health Cambridge Hospital. As a Theatre Practitioner, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced theatre environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Utilize state-of-the-art technology and equipment to provide evidence-based care.
  • Supervise and support junior members of the team to ensure their development and growth.
  • Contribute to the development of patient-centered care plans that meet the individual needs of each patient.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and theatre efficiency.
Requirements
  • Registered with the appropriate governing body (NMC or HPC).
  • Relevant qualifications and experience in theatre practice.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends.
