We are seeking a skilled Commercial Maintenance Plumber to join our team at HVAC Recruitment Ltd. As a Commercial Maintenance Plumber, you will be responsible for overseeing and arranging all M&E related tasks on site, ensuring all allocated activities are completed to cost, timescales, and appropriate quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out both PPM\'a and reactive maintenance
  • Oversee and arrange all M&E related tasks on site
  • Work on all mechanical aspects on site, ventilation, plantroom, and basic plumbing
  • Some fabric and electrical knowledge is also desirable
Requirements
  • NVQ level 2/3 or equivalent with either an M&E or building services bias
  • 18th edition (desirable)
  • Worked as a building services engineer in a Facilities environment - technical knowledge required
  • Good knowledge of building services
  • Excellent team working, customer care, and problem-solving capabilities
