We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Audit Manager to join our Corporate Tax Team at Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a client portfolio for tax advisory services, maintaining communication with internal specialists and client teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Client Portfolio: Oversee a portfolio of clients for tax advisory services, ensuring effective communication with internal specialists and client teams.
  • Lead Complex Tax Audits: Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure thorough documentation and compliance with standards.
  • Provide Tax Advice: Offer detailed tax advice tailored to client needs and company procedures.
  • Mentor and Delegate: Mentor and delegate tasks to junior team members, fostering their professional growth.
  • Address Audit Issues: Address various audit issues, including international tax risks and the implications of regulatory changes.
  • Contribute to Team Development: Contribute to the technical and personal development of the local or regional tax team.
  • Collaborate with Directors: Collaborate with Directors and Partners across the organisation to deliver exceptional service.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: CTA/ACCA/ACA qualification
  • Experience: Relevant experience in audit of tax, and audit risk
