About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Health Nurse to join our team at Appoint Group. As an Occupational Health Nurse, you will be responsible for providing expert case management services, conducting fitness medicals, and evaluating health surveillance results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide evidence-based case management services for referrals related to attendance, fitness to work, and other requests
  • Conduct professional and evidence-based written reports
  • Offer expert advice on legislative requirements and best practices
  • Perform fitness medicals and health surveillance as required
  • Evaluate the results of medicals and surveillance
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse with a valid NMC UK pin and no restrictions
  • Postgraduate qualification in Occupational Health
  • At least 2 years of experience working in occupational health in the UK
  • Experience in case management and health surveillance
  • Excellent knowledge of occupational health and employment legislation
