About the Role:- Manage a team of 6 people to achieve financial reporting goals and objectives.
- Oversee the preparation of full financial statements under UK GAAP, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Assist with statutory audits and ensure that all necessary documentation is in order.
- Collaborate with the finance and FP&A teams to drive business growth and development.
- Liaise with auditors to ensure smooth audit processes and minimize disruptions.
- Prepare group half and full year financial statements, including consolidated reports.
- Lead group consolidation and reporting for 10+ global entities, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
- Experienced interim finance professional with a strong track record of success in financial reporting.
- Qualified Accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA or equivalent) with a deep understanding of financial reporting principles.
- Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Driven and enthusiastic individual who is keen to develop their skills and knowledge in financial reporting.
- Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of financial reporting software and systems.
- Technically astute with a strong understanding of financial reporting principles and regulatory requirements.
The successful candidate will be rewarded with a competitive salary of up to £90,000 and the opportunity to work with a dynamic and forward-thinking business.
