Are you an experienced Senior Project Manager looking for a new opportunity?

Henry Martin Group is in search of a proficient Senior Project Manager to oversee a significant residential construction project. This role involves managing a high-value new build project located in a prime area, with the internal fit-out phase commencing shortly. The position requires full-time on-site presence and direct reporting to a Project Director.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take charge of the operational management of the project
  • Lead client interactions and maintain strong relationships
  • Facilitate weekly meetings with clients
  • Oversee the project timeline and ensure adherence to schedules
  • Collaborate closely with design and technical teams, including both main and subcontractor teams
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards on-site
  • Conduct bi-weekly health and safety meetings

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated success in delivering residential reinforced concrete frame projects from inception to completion
  • Strong design and technical skills
  • Proficient in project scheduling and programming
  • Experience as the primary contact for clients
  • Knowledge of contractual obligations and dispute resolution
  • Experience with high-end residential projects is preferred but not mandatory
