Nursery Room Leader (Level 3) - Infant Care

Compensation: Up to £33,000

Willing Care is on the lookout for a compassionate and dedicated Nursery Room Leader (Level 3) to oversee our Infant Care division. Essential Qualifications
  • Level 3 certification in Early Years Education or an equivalent qualification
  • Demonstrated experience in a nursery environment, with a comprehensive understanding of the developmental needs of infants and toddlers
  • Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and guide a team
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
