About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Active Care Group. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with complex health needs in their own homes.

As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for supporting our clients with daily living tasks, personal care, and medication management. You will also be involved in managing clinical equipment and providing emotional support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support clients with daily living tasks, personal care, and medication management
  • Manage clinical equipment and provide emotional support to clients
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure high-quality care and support
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
