Job Opportunity:

Deutsche Rentenversicherung Bund is seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Data Exchange Coordinator. This role will involve coordinating and controlling the correct, regular payment and adjustment of pensions from a technical and IT perspective. The successful candidate will be responsible for organizing, coordinating, and further developing the pension payment process in legal and IT matters, including recovery of overpaid cash benefits, mortality data reconciliation, and digital document exchange.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in the pension adjustment process
  • Responsibility for and further development of quality assurance
  • Representing the division and the DRV Bund in national and international, internal and external working groups and specialist groups
  • Analyzing the consequences of planned and actual legislative or other legal changes
  • Preparing reports, statements, and decision papers
  • Participating in workshops, information, and training events and giving specialist presentations

Requirements:
  • A successfully completed university degree in the field of social insurance, public administration, or a comparable course of study or an equivalent qualification
  • Several years of task-relevant professional experience
  • Up-to-date knowledge of social security law and related areas of law
  • Experience in coordinating and controlling work processes is desirable
