Leadership Responsibilities:
Supervise the QA department within our organization, ensuring excellence in all quality-related functions.

Collaboration with Stakeholders:

Work closely with internal teams, maintaining a strong presence on the production floor to educate and drive enhancements in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), food safety, quality, and overall compliance. Ensure the facility is consistently prepared for audits, adhering to all regulatory and customer requirements.


Implementation of Systems:
Develop, integrate, and oversee systems and procedures established by the Technical department to sustain and improve quality standards.

Food Safety Assessments:

Ensure microbiological, water quality, and other essential food safety assessments are performed to meet customer specifications, and support corrective measures as necessary.


Taste Panel Oversight:
Administer taste panels, relay findings to relevant departments, and support initiatives aimed at identifying and resolving controllable quality concerns.

Customer Feedback Management:
Assist in investigating customer feedback and contribute to projects focused on complaint resolution and microbiological reduction.

Advocating for Food Safety Culture:
Foster and promote an enhanced food safety and quality culture throughout the organization.
Proven experience in a comparable quality management position within the food sector.
Strong understanding of GMP, food safety regulations, and quality compliance.
