Job Title: AI Solutions Architect

MyWork is seeking an experienced AI Solutions Architect to join our team. As a key member of our technology department, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the integration of AI-driven solutions across our proprietary systems.

The Opportunity

This is a unique opportunity to shape the architecture and define the AI integration strategy from the ground up. You will work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into AI-driven solutions, setting the foundation for AI integration across our systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Innovative Design: Work with stakeholders to translate business needs into AI-driven solutions, setting the foundation for AI integration across our systems.
  • AI Integration: Architect and design AI workflows across multiple platforms, ensuring they are compatible and perform optimally within our bespoke technology stack.
  • Tool Selection: Evaluate and select third-party AI tools and APIs, and lead decisions on how these will be integrated into our systems.
  • Team Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to a newly established team, helping to foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Stay Ahead: Keep up with industry trends and advancements in AI technologies, and bring forward innovative ideas that will shape our team's approach to AI integration.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in software architecture with a strong focus on AI solutions and multi-platform integrations.
  • Proven hands-on experience integrating AI tools like OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google AI into CRM systems, PWAs, decisioning engines, and other proprietary tools.
  • Strong understanding of machine learning models, NLP, AI agents, and feedback loop implementation to refine AI outputs.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a passion for building and shaping new teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver results on complex projects involving diverse technology stacks.
