About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our GTG training centre in Wolverhampton. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our company goals and expectations are met, and that our policies are followed correctly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the training centre.
  • Maintain budgets and optimise expenses to ensure profitability.
  • Ensure policies and processes are followed in line with company policy.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve employee productivity and professional development.
  • Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance.
  • Ensure staff follow health and safety regulations.
  • Prepare regular reports for senior management.
  • Contribute to the design of strategy and setting goals for growth.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a General Manager or similar executive role.
  • Experience in planning and budgeting.
  • Proven organisational and leadership skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and people management skills.
  • Experience within the English education system.
