We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Optometrist to join our team as a Lead Optometrist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the growth and success of our practice.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality eye care services to patients, including eye exams, diagnoses, and treatment plans.
- Supervise and mentor junior Optometrists and pre-reg students to ensure they meet the highest standards of patient care.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the decision-making process.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Qualified and GOC registered Optometrist with a strong track record of patient care and clinical excellence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate junior Optometrists and pre-reg students.
